'Young and The Restless' spoilers: Billy hastens wedding, Kelly released from jail, Neil's shocking announcement

In "The Young and The Restless" this week, a meddler and a murderer will be in trouble. Who is this person who continues to meddle in the lives of the Genoa residents? And who is this murderer? Here are the latest spoilers for the week of March 16 to 18:

Billy, Chelsea and Adam

Billy wants to make sure that he gets married to Chelsea before she changes her mind. So, he fast-tracks the wedding date. In the promo clip for the episode, he tells her that he wants the wedding to take place in 30 days and she looks very worried.

Elsewhere, Adam is determined to win Chelsea and tries whatever he can to stop the wedding. The question is, who will she pick? The new information that she discovered about Adam will definitely come to play here.

Victor, Kelly and Phyllis

Kelly is spending time in jail and, according to Soap Central, she is going to be released this week. But before she gets out, Victor visits her at the police station and informs her that the plan is right on track. After their talk, she is set free because someone pays for her bail. Who could that be?

While Kelly breathes a sigh of relief for being released from jail, someone else is happier. Finally, Phyllis gets a chance to confront her. As for the detectives, they're still debating if Victor can actually commit murder to save his family.

Other spoilers

Everyone in Genoa City has become a suspect in Austin's murder. In the clip, Joe is looking for an attorney to represent him and he approaches Avery. Has he become the primary suspect? Kyle also does some sniffing around, especially regarding Stitch's weird connection to Austin.

We Love Soaps also reported that Sharon will "cover her tracks" and that Neil Winters will make a shocking announcement.

"The Young and The Restless" airs every weekday afternoon at 12:30 p.m. on CBS. There will be no episodes on March 19 and 20 as CBS will air the NCAA March Madness Basketball.
