Spoilers for tonight's episode of "The Walking Dead" season 6 hint that someone is not going to make it through the episode alive. In the upcoming installment of the AMC hit, Rick and the group try to make it back to Alexandria, a feat that is by no means easy.

[SPOILER ALERT!] The Spoiling Dead Fans has word that a cult-favorite character will bite the dust soon but not in a way fans would expect. Apparently, Glenn's time is almost up but not as the comic books by Robert Kirkman dictate it.

In the source material, Glenn was killed in the hands of Negan, who is yet to appear in "The Walking Dead" season 6. The villain, who comic book readers really love, killed Glenn with his barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat he calls Lucille.

However, folks over at The Spoiling Dead Fans claim that Glenn's death will be the horde of walkers. As he and Nicholas try to fend off the throng of walkers that surrounded them as they stood at a dumpster. Nick panics and shoots himself.

But before taking his life, he says "Thank you" to Glenn, who was, in turn, pushed into the sea of flesh-eaters. Fans can imagine what happens next. If The Spoiling Dead Fans is right (and it almost always is), it is in this "The Walking Dead" season 6 episode that Glenn's battle ends.

Interestingly, there are reports that even up to this day, Steven Yeun, who plays the role of Glenn in the series, is still on set and is even seen filming scenes where he fends off more walkers with Norman Reedus aka Daryl.

It remains to be seen if fans will finally witness Glenn's demise in the upcoming "The Walking Dead" season 6 episode. For now, some believe this scene will be a part of a hallucination. If it isn't, some speculate that Glenn will use Nick's body as a shield to get out of the crowd of zombies.

"The Walking Dead" season 6 episode 3 "Thank You" airs today Oct. 25, 9 p.m. ET at AMC. Watch it online via the AMC live stream.
