'The Sims 4' update: New 'Spa Day' game pack

 The Sims website

Living the Sims life is exhausting and players wish there is a day where they could just relax and unwind. EA and Maxis figured out just what these Sims need for a well-spent day-off—a spa. This is the subject of the new game pack for "The Sims 4" called Spa Day.

In this game pack, players will get three new spas and a gymnasium they can extract from the game library and place basically anywhere. This means that they can put it directly next to their house so when a Sims feels like getting a back rub, it wouldn't be much of a stretch to get there.

In these new venues, the Sims can go "hang out and woohoo" in a sauna, get a much-needed massage and even take a mud bath. "The Sims 4" players will also be able to make and design their own spa and fashion it the way they will fell their Sims will enjoy and experience the ultimate mini-getaway.

"Spa Day" also allows Sims to boost their Wellness. They themselves can give fellow Sims a massage. They can also do some yoga and meditation. If they do a good job with it, they can unlock new yoga poses, get better massage skills and a "special surprise" for Sims who become a little too good at meditating.

In a nutshell, this "The Sims 4" game pack makes players believe that getting and administering massages regardless of how awkward it may be, has its benefits. So be sure to grab "Spa Day" when it officially becomes available on July 14.

Unfortunately, there is still no word about pricing. However, interested buyers can get an idea from the recent Outdoor Retreat game pack, which had players shell out $20 for a nice camping experience. On the other hand, games packs like "Perfect Patio Stuff" and "Luxury Party Stuff" are also available.
