Liz believes that her marriage with Tom Keen has been a lie all along. But in the upcoming episode of "The Blacklist," she will have a change of heart and Red doesn't approve of it at all. In Episode 18 titled "Vanessa Cruz," she will be torn between a man she used to love and the man who protects her life above all else.

At the end of episode 17, Tom returned and told Liz that he has nowhere else to go. According to the spoilers for episode 18, Tom also asks for Liz's help to finally leave D.C. or to track down the killer of Sarah Hastings.

Although the preview shows that Liz and Tom are moving back together, there is still that uncertainty as to why she agrees to bring him back in her life. She knows he is a fake and that their marriage was a big sham, so why accept him?

As for Red, he doesn't like Tom and he doesn't want him near Liz ever again. He tries to do what he can to break up the reunion, but his efforts prove to be futile as Liz is a strong-headed woman who has plans of her own.

Red tries to persuade Liz by telling her to recall how her life was without Tom. However, despite Liz knowing what Tom did, they kiss and move forward. Nonetheless, there are speculations that she may just be faking her feelings so that she could get important information from Tom about Red. After all, latter did hire former to look out for Liz way back in season 1.

Aside from the Tom and Liz love drama, the blacklister for the week is Vanessa Cruz. She is a frame-up artist who targets the rich. Further, Red will be asking Liz for the fulcrum in the upcoming episode, saying that it is a matter of life and death.

Don't miss the next episode of "The Blacklist" season 2 on Thursday, April 2, 9 p.m. on NBC.
