Fans of MTV's "Teen Mom" has been waiting for the show to come back this January, which was the usual air date for the show. However, with the month coming to an end, fans are still waiting for news about when it's going on air.
Teen Mom Junkies recently reported that Season 5 will return on Feb. 2. If this is true, then fans need not wait longer and would be happy to know that the new season will air on Monday, as usual. However, MTV has not confirmed this air date, which completely makes the premiere uncertain.
But despite not knowing when Season 5 will air, there has been several details about what will go down in the new season. According to Inquisitr, Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout ad Catelynn Lowell will be back. The last season aired way back in 2012 and this was because of Portwood's prison sentence. Now that she's out, filming immediately began for the new season.
For Season 5, Bookout's story will be about the new pregnancy, which came as a big surprise for her. At first, she was very unsure of how to handle this new pregnancy, but she's doing better now citing a stable relationship with Taylor as a very helpful reason. She will give birth in June.
As for Lowell, she just gave birth last Jan. 1. This means that for the most part of the filming, she was pregnant. Fans will witness the highs and lows of her new pregnancy.
Portwood, who has now served her sentence, may be focusing on fixing her life. Season 5 may show how Portwood is trying to get it back together. However, she has a new boyfriend. Could that boyfriend be good for her right now?
Now, only one question remains: Will Farrah Abraham be back? MTV confirmed that Farrah will not be in Season 5. But, Farrah's father may have slipped something and it was caught by OK Magazine. The report detailed:
"Although it's been confirmed by MTV that Farrah will NOT appear on the upcoming season of Teen Mom, Farrah's dad Michael took to Facebook to subtly reveal that he and his girls (aka Farrah, Farrah's daughter Sophia and Farrah's mom Debra) are filming. Farrah reportedly won't appear on the new season of Botched either, despite reports, so could this filming be something Teen Mom related instead?"
Fans will just have to wait and see when "Teen Mom" Season 5 returns on Feb. 2 (if it's true).
