Kody Brown was left with a wife squad minus one as season 5 of "Sister Wives" wound down to a close. The season culminated to the divorce of Meri and Kody, who were married for 24 years. Meri happens to be Kodi's first wife and they have a daughter named Mariah.

Meri's decision to leave Kody is something that can be called a sacrifice, which raked up support and admiration from fans. She was tearful as she detailed her sacrificial move, which would allow her now ex-husband to marry his fourth wife Robyn as well as adopt Robyn's three children, namely Dayton, Aurora and Breanna.

She was undoubtedly left grief-stricken because of her choice, and she might be stuck in the painful outcome for a while, but ultimately, she earned so much respect from viewers and ardent followers of the show for what she did. Not to mention Robyn who did not fail to express her gratitude to her.

"This woman loves my children enough to give up her marriage and that's the most beautiful love," Robyn said of Meri during the season 5 finale of "Sister Wives."

Season 6 of the reality show is bound to be full of problems when it returns. In the wake of Meri's revelation, worries flood the Brown home, most of which are due to Janelle. The second wife tells Kody that his youngest wife tends to be his favorite.

"[I have] never been so great with change. I don't know what I'm in for. I'm worried it would change the dynamic. I know it's irrational. I'm worried somehow this would have you favor Robyn," Janelle confides to Kody.

Furthermore, there are also reports that Kody is spending more time with Solomon, his child with Robyn, more than any of his huge brood.

No premiere date is set for the new season of "Sister Wives" but it will be an exciting one as it will likely show the aftermath of the divorce, Kody and Robyn's wedding, and the whole adoption process.
