As the filming for "Reign" season 4 continues, more information from the set of the historical drama emerges and helps fans get by the wait.

New photos showing Catherine's (Megan Follows) daughter, Leeza (or Leesa), played by Anastasia Phillips have been posted by in social media.

The description for the character teases that Leeza is the "plain Jane" daughter of Catherine and is her least favorite daughter. She has dark humor, but underneath is a genuine desire for her mother's affection. It remains to be seen what she will be up to in "Reign" season 4, but it teased that the things she will do in the new season will be driven by her "emotional pain" brought about by her mother's lack of warmth towards her. In real life, Catherine had no daughter named Leeza. This suggests that Phillips' character is a revision or a result of a creative change from the historical source of the show. Meanwhile, Ann Pirvu, who plays Nicole in the series, teased that fans will definitely love "Reign" season 4" and that it will be filled with surprises. "Believe me, I get a mini heart attack every couple of pages just reading the scripts," she teased. On the other hand, Follows will also direct an episode in "Reign" season 4. This installment will be episode 13. There are photos of her doing directing magic.

The "Reign" writers teased that the actress "is extra witty this season— both in front of and behind the camera! Can't wait to watch the episode she directs." "Reign" season 4 will continue Mary's (Adelaide Kane) love story as two husbands of hers will be featured in the new season. One will be Lord Darnley, who is played by Will Kemp. The other will be Bothwell, played by Adam Croasdell. Both actors are still filming for the season, which suggests that they will be around for a while.

"Reign" season 4 will premiere on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
