Thousands of gamers are expected to take part in the Battle of Hoehnn Competition to determine who is the best trainer of all.

While both Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire do hold their own respective competitions, slugging it out online is the best way to see which or who of the two are better.

Player who are interested can sign up via their respective official websites. Registration period will be from January 15 to 22, 2015. For players who are signing up, it would be best to sync their Pokemon Oras game with the global link.

The competition will commence on January 23 up to 25. Results and rankings will be officially released on January 30.

For participants, a special Pokemon, Rock Head Tyrunt awaits. The Tyrunt is rare and has a special Hidden Ability. Players will need to complete three battles in order to make it to the rankings.

A serial code to be inputted at the mystery gift function will be given to participants of the Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games. Among the rare abilities include moves like Roar, Stomp, Tail Whip and Tackle.

A special demo version of the game has been made available in the UK for Nintendo 3DS owners. It can be found at the eShop page where it is listed as a demo. You can check it out over at Nintendo Life.
