The much awaited full release of the steadily rising popular online multiplayer Battle Royale shoot 'em up "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" is scheduled to happen by the end of the year. By then, users of the Xbox One will also be able to play the game. However, this has not stopped the game's developers, Bluehole Studios, from providing updates, which are geared towards making the transition as smooth as possible.

In a report by Gamespot, the developers over at Bluehole Studios are working to add climbing and vaulting as new game mechanics specifically for the full launch. This means that players will probably be able to climb ladders, varied terrain, and jumping over different obstacles. All of these things will need practice and a certain level of skill to be able to pull off mid kill, just like most shooters.

These small but technical abilities allow for more dynamic and suspenseful matches in the game. These additions could change the game as players know it today, which can either yield negative or positive results and feedback. Given how game-changing these mechanics are, the developers have opted to inform everyone that they have deemed it necessary to test these features out "for at least a month" before they come to a final decision.

On top of that, a brand new desert inspired map will be included in the full release, along with randomly spawned vehicles that add to the variety of chaos and mayhem that is already present in the game. According to Dote Sports, the testing schedule has not been confirmed as of now. Ideally, the developers will want to roll out the testing phase by the last week of October, or the first week of November to have ample time before the full version is released.

According to Tweak Town, another major concern is server capacity. Due to the record breaking amount of concurrent players that "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" acquires at this point, it is in the best interest of the developers to make sure that no crashes or loading problems will occur on launch date.
