As OnePlus prepares for the big launch of the OnePlus 3T, there are already discussions about its next flagship, OnePlus 4 and what it brings to the table.

The China-based company is not one to come up short when it comes to releasing a flagship killer, and the OnePlus 4 is expected to be one.

Rumor has it that it will feature the Snapdragon 830 processor under the hood, which is Qualcomm's next-generation mobile chipset offering.

The use of the processor opens the door for exciting upgrades for the OnePlus 4, including 8 GB RAM, which is 2 GB more than what it predecessor has.

The chipset will also allow the smartphone to sport a 5.5-inch 4K resolution display, which means that it will be visually superior to its predecessor. It is also rumored that OnePlus will make a massive design change by using curved screens instead of a flat one.

The Snapdragon 830 processor itself will boost the power and performance of the OnePlus 4. Other purported specifications include a 23-megapixel primary camera.

The OnePlus 4 will reportedly pack a massive 4,000mAh battery, which should deliver the power to be needed by the 4K display but should still keep the lights on for long hours. Making this much better is the Dash Charge, which will juice up the device to full charge in just 30 minutes.

Before the tech firm moves on to the OnePlus 4, it will first launch the OnePlus 3T, an upgrade to its current flagship. In fact, it will be launched on Tuesday, Nov. 15.

It will house the Snapdragon 821 processor, the current flagship available from Qualcomm. OnePlus 3T will be more of an upgrade rather than a full-on successor to the OnePlus 3, which was released only June of this year.

The OnePlus 4, on the other hand, is expected to arrive by June 2017.
