The OnePlus Two Android Smartphone unveiling is due in a couple of weeks, and most of the specs that it will be carrying are now slowly being revealed to the public.

Thus far, early rumors suggest that the OnePlus Two,a product of Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus, will be feature a 5.5-inch display and come powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor. It will be further be supported by 4GB of RAM and make use of a 3,300 mAh battery.

There is no confirmation yet, though chances are the next flagship killer will likely run on the company's Oxygen OS.

The latest feature that the OnePlus Two will reportedly bring will be a fingerprint sensor, the same feature that the iPhone 6 currently has. The only thing is that the OnePlus Two will have a sensor said to be twice as fast as what the Apple variant offers.

The interface should make it easier for a user to unlock his or her phone when the need arises. Traditionally, phones make use of PIN codes, but TouchID technology has done away with this and takes away the need to key in personal codes to gain access to the multiple functions the device has to offer.

The OnePlus Two Fingerprint Sensor can store up to five fingerprint profiles, and proper access will bring users to the home screen.

There is still no confirmed price range for the smartphone. A previous post cited rumors suggesting that prices could start at $363 to $400 for the 16GB variant.

The OnePlus Two is set to be unveiled on July 28 at a special Virtual Reality event. The event promises to be another first for OnePlus, allowing users to feel that they are actually at the event with the aid of some OnePlus Google Cardboard VR headsets.

For those who missed it, the headsets can be found here.
