Olivia Munn denies she is dating Chris Pratt in a series of Instagram stories and her text exchange with Anna Farris.

On Sunday, Entertainment Tonight released a what would have been an explosive news -- close friends Munn and Pratt are dating. The two were reportedly spotted spending a romantic night at Hollywood hotspot Craig's restaurant on Friday.

According to an eyewitness, the pair was "totally romantic" and that Pratt even had his arm around her at one point. The source added that the duo did not even try to hide their date.

The "Jurassic World" actor and "X-Men" actress have been friends for a while, and have even shared double dates when Munn was still dating football player Aaron Rodgers and Pratt was still married to Faris.

But in a series of Instagram stories, Munn did not only deny the rumors but also slammed the media for pitting women against other women.

The 37-year-old actress began by clarifying that not all women are "scorned and upset" after going through a breakup, then added "not every woman is 'furious' at another woman for dating her ex."

Munn explained that the tabloids are wrong for thinking there would be bad blood between her and Faris if she was dating Pratt, saying that "women respect and love each other a lot more than some people like to think."

After joking about horrible love team celebrity names like Crolivia and Prunn if they were indeed dating, Munn shared a screenshot of her text exchange with Faris, slamming the rumors once and for all.

"The story about me and Chris dating has 0% truth," Munn said in her text to Faris, explaining she does not normally respond to tabloid rumors but wanted to personally reach out to her friend.

Faris seemed delighted with the text, saying it was "sweet" of Munn to reach out. "If you were my new sister in law I would be thrilled," responded Faris, before telling Munn that they should catch up soon.

That is how Munn completely shut down her dating rumors and corrected the common misconception about exes in one go.
