'Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' DLC news: new Naruto and Sasuke fighting techniques with 'Road to Boruto'

The "Road to Boruto" downloadable content (DLC) coming to "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will also add new versions of Naruto and Sasuke.

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that the highly anticipated expansion will feature the powered up versions of the two shinobis as seen in the "Boruto: Naruto the Movie."

Sans the "Road to Boruto" DLC, "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" only offers the costumes of Naruto and Sasuke from the anime film, but not the power set.

The expansion should add the fighting techniques from the movie so that not only will gamers have the look, but also the moves of the ninjas.

A few weeks back, it was revealed that the "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4: Road to Boruto" DLC will also add Orochimaru's son, Mitsuki, as a playable character.

It comes as a bit of a shock knowing that he, Boruto, and Sarada are a team, and Mitsuki is heavily involved in the story both in the manga and film centered on the younger Uzumaki.

Mitsuki's addition, however, appears to be the result of fan demand that followed after the "Road to Boruto" DLC was announced for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4."

The character, as per the official description, "shows great promise and his talent in the Ninja Arts makes him a great addition to the Team Konohamaru."

He should be also fun to play as in "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," knowing that he is in essence genetically perfect as he was created by Orochimaru.

The addition of the character also allows Team Konohamaru to perform a Team Ultimate Jutsu, although Konohamaru will only be in the "Road to Boruto" DLC for this combination and not as a playable character.

The "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC should chronicle the story in the "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" and should feature new areas in the Hidden Leaf Village and recreate the Sasuke vs. Kinshiki fight.

The "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4: Road to Boruto" DLC will be released in Japan on Feb. 2 while Europe and North America will get it on Feb. 3.
