As of Oct. 11, season 3 of the hacker drama television show by the USA Network, "Mr. Robot," has already premiered its first episode. This means that television show enthusiasts and critics have been sharing their opinions online to let people know if the third season looks promising, especially since the show's creators have been a bit vague during the marketing period.

Den of Geek described the show as one wherein the audience is never really sure of what is going on – specifically in scenes which are only occurring in the head of main protagonist, Elliot, played by Rami Malek. This may cause an abundance of confusion at times, especially during the second season wherein Elliot had actually experienced an extended "hallucinatory" period when he was imprisoned.

However, it seems that season 3 is getting things back on track. According to Vox, season 2 ran the way that it did so that it could reintroduce the audience to the backstories of the other characters besides Elliot. The way that "Mr. Robot" isolated Elliot from everybody else gave fans enough time to emotionally invest in other characters who did not appear to be as compelling to watch as Elliot himself.

Perhaps the narrative of season 2 was a necessary sacrifice to allow other characters to shine. It is often difficult for just one actor and character to carry the full weight of the show. In a report by Mashable, Elliot realized that his revolution has actually bolstered the spirits of the very company that he and his band of hackers are fighting against – Evil Corp. The first episode was successful in mirroring reality, as it also depicted Trump in the middle of elections.

In a review by The Hollywood Reporter, after watching the first episode of season 3, the show has definitely become a "must watch" once again. This is mainly due to creator's putting the viewer's back on track, as they posed questions regarding how the world really works from behind the scenes.

"Mr. Robot" episode 2 will air on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 10 p.m. EDT on the USA Network.
