The Miss USA 2013 competition will take place live at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev., and air live at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

51 contestants from Alabama to Wyoming and the District of Columbia will compete at the Miss USA 2013 pageant. Last year's winner Olivia Culpo went on to win the Miss Universe pageant. Pageant protocol forced Culpo to "resign" from her post as Miss USA, which meant runner-up Nana Meriwether took over the crown. Tonight's pageant will see Meriwether handing her crown to her successor.

15 semi-finalists will be chosen before the live broadcast takes place tonight. Fans have had a chance to vote for their favorite contestant online via the Miss USA Facebook page or the Miss USA official website.

The 62nd annual pageant will be hosted by E! host Giuliana Rancic and Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers. The band will also be performing as a special guest with DJ Pauly D on the show.

Judges for the competition are as follows:

Bob Harper from "The Biggest Loser", designer Betsey Johnson, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes, "Hot in Cleveland" star Wendie Malick, "Duck Dynasty" star Jessica Robertson, NFL star Larry Fitzgerald, former WWE Diva Nikki Bella, correspondent Mo Rocca and singer Christina Milian.

The preliminary competition took place at 10 p.m. ET on Saturday. See the full list of contestants along with their profile and photos here.

The pageant can be viewed via the Ustream link HERE.

The Miss USA competition was created in 1952 and is part of the Miss Universe Organization, which is owned by Donald Trump and NBC.
