With all the exciting, open-world action squeezed into "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain," gamers who plan to get the title will have to open up some space in preparation for its official availability that's not too far away.

According to Dual Shockers, players who plan to get into the stealth action with the use of a PS4 need to be able to handle the game's size of 25.1 GB. Those who will play the title on the PS3 should make room amounting to at least 11.7 GB.

Currently, there is no accessible information with regard to the size of the game for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. VG247 reminds gamers that these figures may vary in the U.S. and Europe with respective localization files still to be tucked in the game.

In other related news, game creator Hideo Kojima has shared a promotional poster for the upcoming action-adventure stealth game. Drenched in blood and sporting a strewn look, Snake and Quiet share the spotlight in this image. The tagline reads: "Stained in blood, the aftermath of revenge."

Kojima says that this fresh new bloody poster will be plastered in stores starting next month. IB Times says that the poster is quite a nod to "Ground Zeroes," too.

"Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" is set to be released for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on Sept. 1. It is the final game that Kojima worked on with game company Konami, making it the conclusion to the series. It remains to be seen if Konami will make another one without Kojima on the team.
