'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood' news: Masika Kalysha Tucker and Yung Berg going separate ways after physical altercation

Media outlets went wild after reports of Masika Kalysha Tucker and Yung Berg's physical altercation broke out. The domestic abuse easily set Berg's career up in smokes and had assault charges filed against him.

After shooting the reunion episode of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood," things got all chaotic in the couple's hotel room, Music Times reported. The rapper allegedly assaulted the star by, as TMZ described, "grabbing her by the neck, throwing her to the floor, dragged her by her hair and hit her in the face."

Music Times pointed out that the altercation followed their argument about Berg cheating on Tucker. This was allegedly the message being sent by a certain Instagram post. Weeks after the incident, the reality star's social media are all Berg-free. Despite the brutal incident, Tucker resolved that Berg was not his own self when the attack happened. With that in mind, she decided to continue her relationship with the rapper. However, Music Times reported that this was only momentary.

Tucker has been hushed about it since. In one of her tweets, she expressed her gratitude to her fans for their continued support.

"Thank you for all the love & support. This is a personal matter & I will address it soon. In the meantime I ask that my privacy be respected," Tucker shared through Twitter.

There seems to be less buzz about the issue and both parties are apparently leaving it all behind, although Berg will be suffering the consequences of his actions by getting booted out of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood." MStarz believes that Berg has stayed away from further mess involving his former girlfriend.

Meanwhile, the sexy celeb will be in for another season of the VH1's docu-soap. Tucker has been displaying her brotherly love for boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather Jr. through her Instagram account.
