Sprint subscribers will be the first to get a hold of the curvaceous high-grade handset, the LG G Flex 2, in the U.S. Those who want to try out the brand new smartphone can snag it for $504 without a contract.

That goes down to a $199 upfront payment for those who like to tie it up with a 2-year contract. This will continue with a $21 monthly payment in a span of 24 months. The carrier offers the LG G Flex 2 in Platinum Silver and in Volcano Red, which is exclusive to Sprint.

Those attracted to the LG G Flex 2 and live in the U.K. can get the device via Carphone Warehouse. The SIM-free variant is priced £529.99. Users can get the phone for free provided they apply for a 24-month contract from an operator of their choice. The pricing for that is £34.50 per month. Carphone Warehouse offers only the black variant of the LG G Flex 2.

The stellar G Flex 2 package comes with a 5.5-inch full HD plastic OLED display that renders a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and a 401 ppi pixel density, which should make its visuals look crisp. The 152 g device has a self-healing backside that helps the curved phone recover from scratches and bends.

Under the hood is a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2 GHz to power the whole thing up. The LG G Flex 2 was actually the first to house the chipset when Qualcomm first released it. The handset is outfitted with a 2 GB RAM for its 16 GB model and 3 GB internal memory for the 64 GB variant. The storage capacity is expandable, thanks to the microSD card slot. It has a 13-megapixel rear-facing shooter with Optical Image Stabilization. On the front is a 2.1-megapixel selfie camera.

The LG G Flex 2 has Android 5.0 Lollipop straight out of the box. Of course, there is a hefty 3000 mAh battery unit, which, apart from being tailored to the curvy nature of its dwelling, can go for long hours of usage.

The handset was first introduced during the Consumer Electronics Show 2015 and is an upgrade to the first ever iteration on the lineup known as the LG G Flex, which was released in 2013.
