'Kingdom Hearts 3' characters rumors: Frozen's Elsa, Iron Man, Darth Vadar and a Stan Lee cameo?

A lot has been said about "Kingdom Hearts 3" but every bit of it remains to be seen in the flesh. The production surrounding the world-renowned action role-playing franchise is still shrouded in mystery and developer Square Enix remains mum, leaving rumor mills to do the work of spreading word about the game.

Speculations are strong about the clash of big Disney-owned universes in the upcoming title. Since the titanic company obtained rights to Marvel in 2009 and Lucasfilm in 2012, the "Kingdom Hearts" character ensemble (which was not given a refresh for a while) had fans hoping that select characters from the superhero-laden world and the "Star Wars" realm will make it to the new title's roster.

This does not seem to be an impossible feat, although game designer Tetsuya Nomura already expressed how difficult it is to get around it. Getting Disney's nod is a challenge but he assured fans that his team is giving its utmost to make the phenomenal assemblage happen. Gamers hold on to the prospect of having Iron Man, Darth Vader and even "Frozen" ice princess Elsa roaming around the turf and doing what they do best in the future "Kingdom Hearts" installment. With Disney's grip on these major franchises, nothing seems to be too unattainable.

Interestingly though, another personality is being rumored to grace the title. Superhero creator Stan Lee has been doing cameo appearances in a majority of Marvel movies. Having him appear in the upcoming game would entail moving the small appearances tradition from the usual superhero movies to video games. The brain of various Marvel heroes will be an intriguing addition to the game. The dilemma there lies with the type of character he would assume. He has portrayed a variety of personalities in all his cameos, the recent one is in "Big Hero 6" where he played the role of Fredzilla's father. With that in mind, the creator of the well-loved comic superheroes can play just about anything deemed fit.
