Kim Kardashian slams those who question her parenting

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kim Kardashian slams rumors that she and husband Kanye West partied while their son Saint was in the hospital due to pneumonia.

Kim brought out her feisty mother side on a recent Tweet, where she denied that she left her two-year-old's bedside to party on New Year's Eve.

"I haven't heard this BUT lets get this straight. I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay," the reality star said on Twitter. She then explained that Saint was in the hospital from Wednesday to Saturday. While she did party on New Year's Eve, it was on Sunday night.

"People came over when he was already asleep for the night! Don't even try me when it comes to my kids," she quipped.

Kim wrote the Tweet in response to a fan, who brought it to light in defense of the 37-year-old mother.

The rumors on her parenting style sparked after Kim posted on Instagram about Saint's pneumonia scare on Jan. 2, making some think that Saint was in the hospital the whole time Kim and Kanye were celebrating the New Year.

"After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV's and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging," she said in the post, which shows a snap of her while holding her "strong Saint."

She also thanked the doctors and nurses who took care of her son.
