Just weeks after exposing her swollen feet in tight strappy heels, Kim Kardashian decided to give her feet a rest in flip flops.

Meanwhile, rumors have been swirling that Kardashian has signed a Weight Watchers deal similar to that of Jessica Simpson.

However, her rep slammed the rumors, saying that a deal with Weight Watchers is "not true."

The reality star is scheduled to have her baby shower on June 2, hosted by her mother Kris Jenner, Shelli Azoff, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian.

Last week, guests received an invitation in the form of a box, which opens up to reveal a spinning ballerina dancing to Kanye West's "Hey Mama" song.

Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their first child in July.

The reality star admitted that her feet are swollen due to her pregnancy, saying that her shoes do not fit anymore.

Kardashian is most likely suffering from edema, which is a clinical term for swelling.

Edema during pregnancy is common, and occurs mostly in the feet and ankle area.
