Kate Middleton is one month away from giving birth to her first child with Prince William. The Duchess of Cambridge's due date is mid July and recent reports suggest that she will take maternity leave on June 13.

June 13 will mark Middleton's last official solo engagement, according to a source who recently spoke to The Mirror. "Kate has really enjoyed her job and wanted to work as close to the birth date as possible," the source said. "She takes her royal role very seriously and is looking forward to taking up her duties when her maternity leave has finished."

Meanwhile, Middleton has been spotted ditching designer labels for high street fashion, wearing a £17.50 ($29.70) from online retailer Asos.com. She wore the navy blue knee-length dress with beige wedges and a purple cardigan. Surprisingly, the value dresses have not sold out on the fashion website.

Reality star Kim Kardashian, who is also due to give birth next month around the same time as Middleton, revealed that she will be having a baby girl with boyfriend Kanye West.

The gender of the baby was revealed in an episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" last week.

"I am so excited to be having a girl, who doesn't want a girl," she said. "I know that's really what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl."

Despite finding her fame on camera, Kardashian reportedly does not want her baby girl appearing on her reality show when she is born.

"Kim is very serious about her pledge," a source close the reality start told RadarOnline. "She has said, multiple times, that the baby will not be part of the Kardashian reality-television empire."

The 32-year-old reality star expressed her frustration at paparazzi this week. "I wouldn't let the paps get a pic of me today & they threatened my life & said if I continue to block shots then they will make my world dangerous to live in!" she wrote on Twitter. "How dare they threaten my life & my unborn child! This has gotten way out of control!"

Previous reports also stated that West was against having his child on camera.
