Kardashian-Jenner family scheduled for hearing against Blac Chyna

The Kardashian-Jenner family is looking to gear up for a legal battle against Blac Chyna.

After Chyna filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian and the rest of the members of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" cast back in October, alleging that the family was responsible for preventing Chyna's E! reality television show "Rob & Chyna" from being renewed-- and Jenner and Kardashian West seem more than eager to take action against the suit.

As reported by People, Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian West are now intending to request that the judge dismiss the case altogether by filing an objection case. They caim that the reason why "Rob & Chyna" did not push through in the first place was due to the fact that Chyna filed a restraining order against Rob, which made production of the show virtually impossible.

If this is true, then it means that this claim in Chyna's suit will be rendered completely moot. The necessary documents were completed on Dec. 21.

However, it is also notable to mention that among the other allegations that Chyna has made, domestic violence is one of them. Chyna previously accused Rob of physically abusing her, which Rob has completely denied. As of now, it is unknown if the Jenner-Kardashian family will be counter-suing in the event that Chyna's suit is dismissed. Additionally, it has not yet been revealed just how Jenner's lawyer will be dealing with the domestic violence claims.

There is also the issue of Rob releasing nude photos of Chyna, which could have been a revenge act against the 29-year-old star. Given all the occurrences over the course of the year, an intense legal battle could come into fruition between the two parties.

As of now, Jenner and Kardashian West already have a scheduled court date in Los Angeles, on Jan. 18, where their case will officially be presented.
