The date the Hollywood couple will exchange their vows is now reportedly set. More than two years after Jennifer Aniston said yes to Justin Theroux's marriage proposal, the two are now close to getting hitched.
"It's really happening! Jen is excited beyond belief. She says it will be the best day of her life," a source told US OK! Magazine, as reported by Mirror.
However, the "Friends" actress hasn't been very generous in sharing details about their nuptial plans, which only leaves everyone clamoring for more.
"If you try asking, she'll change the subject to keep everybody guessing," the source said. But the informer added that the lovebirds plan to stay away from a wedding ceremony that's too extravagant and "glitzy."
The soon-to-be husband and wife met in 2007 during the production of Aniston's movie with Ben Stiller entitled "Tropic Thunder," which was then co-written by her now-fiancé. Aniston reportely found Theroux at that time as someone who is at the outset "dark" but in truth "the nicest person in the world."
The two crossed paths again in 2010 when they starred as Seth and Linda in the comedy movie "Wanderlust." Theroux is said to have been in a relationship with New York-based stylist Heidi Bivens back then, yet dating rumors continued to spark. And after initially and constantly denying romance rumors, the two later confirmed the burgeoning love connection between them. Theroux popped the question and the couple officially got engaged on Aniston's 41st birthday on Aug. 12, 2012.
The "Your Highness" actor recently revealed that he has been feeling a lot of pressure, but despite being rammed by everyone, the two remain in control.
He has been quoted as saying, "There is this hum of pressure that - I can't stress enough - I just don't pay any attention to. We're just doing our own thing. We are completely happy, obviously, but we're not on anyone else's timeframe."
