With a gadget-crazy world we now find ourselves, keeping our phones and tablets juiced up has become a critical need. And while there are the usual power banks, back-up batteries and the traditional wall charging solutions, wireless charging furniture surely sounds like a winner.

IKEA, known for being a marquee name in the furniture business, may just have the solution to that with plans to roll-out wireless charging furniture this month. For consumers, getting hold of one should be similar to the manner they would in purchasing any kind of furniture and they can do that as well online or through an IKEA store visit.

So all that is left right now is what a customer may be looking for. It could be in the form of a lamp or a table, furnishings where most devices would be left on or beside. If you cannot make up your mind maybe you could settle for this specially made charging pads which you can blend in with existing furnishings to see the kind of relief you can get from these new wireless charging options.

IKEA came up with a way to integrate wireless chargers into their furnishings, accounting for the ability to recharge devices and gadgets when the need arises.

The availability of these modern wireless charging furniture solutions is a breakthrough of sorts ever since IKEA announced plans for them last month. The original date when these wireless charging furniture would debut was pegged on April 15 so that means we may get to see them in the next couple of days.

With regards to pricing, there is no word yet on how much any of them would cost. Though they are expected to vary on design and type, we may finally see the price tag hopefully by April 15.
