'Heroes of the Storm' news, updates: New gameplay mechanics with new Brawl 'Blackheart's Revenge'

'Heroes of the Storm' BlizzCon 2016 Hero Trailer Heroes of the Storm / Blizzard

Players of "Heroes of the Storm" are certainly getting more hyped as a new Brawl is set to be released sometime next week. The Brawl — called "Blackheart's Revenge" — will be the first ever battleground that will implement attack/defend mechanics as well as asymmetrical gameplay.

According to Game Rant, Blizzard fans had a very good time during the BlizzCon weekend. After all, the company has announced snippets of its future plans for its main games: "Diablo III," "Overwatch," and "World of Warcraft."

Thankfully, though, "Heroes of the Storm" was not neglected by the developer company as it received some attention with an epic teaser trailer that featured Varian Wrynn and Ragnaros as the new two heroes that will join the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) game's roster.

However, the teaser trailer paled in comparison when Blizzard took the liberty of detailing the new map to be added to the "Heroes of the Storm" game during the opening ceremony, which is called "Blackheart's Revenge." After all, it introduces the asymmetrical gameplay mechanic, which is not present in other maps featured in the game. Only one team will have a Core, which will be on the offensive and must use the cannonballs in order to destroy Blackheart's ship before he destroys the Core.

Meanwhile, the team without the Core must assist the ghost pirate and lay siege upon the attacking team. They must ensure that they will never gather enough cannonballs to destroy Blackheart's ship, and they will win once the pirate is able to destroy the Core.

According to Game N Guide, the Brawl "Blackheart's Revenge" will be released on Tuesday, Nov. 15, and along with it, Varian Wrynn. However, the latter will be released starting next week under a test stage.

Ragnaros will be delayed a bit further, as the new hero will be introduced and released for the "Heroes of the Storm" game during December this year.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
