'Hart of Dixie' season 5: Is it the end of BlueBell in season 4 episode 9 'End of Days?'

 The CW

BlueBell will be in the face of doomsday in the upcoming installment of "Hart of Dixie." In episode 9 titled "End of Days," Annabeth receives some sort of warning from the BlueBell founder himself by way of a dream. He informs her of five alarming premonitions all pointing to the ill fate of the beloved town.

Annabeth does not seem to be bothered at all and immediately dismisses it as a tall story. But the residents of their dearly loved home do not take it the same way she does. When she decides to tell Crickett about it, the tattletale announces it to all of BlueBell. Needless to say, a rumpus ensues.

In the same episode, Rachel and Zoe deal with bigger problems — those that apparently are more troubling than the destruction of BlueBell. The couple discover how conflicting their views are about marriage and both of them are astounded as they realize that.

The two have been bombarded with problems lately, most of which were caused by their panic of entering parenthood and Wade's relentless flirting. But this one spells more trouble for the lovers. Add to that the idea of BlueBell turning into dust and there's a full-on pandemonium.

But it looks like "End of Days" will be gracious to one BlueBell lad, at least that's what the synopsis of the episode suggests. George is bound to be given an offer that can potentially result to a complete life transformation. Whether he will accept it or not, there's no telling.

"End of Days" serves as the season's penultimate episode. If "Hart of Dixie" sees no season 5, it will mark the three-year old show's nearing end. Carter Matt hopes the latter won't be the case and surmises that the forthcoming episode will be dropping storylines that will change the dramedy's direction.

Episode 9 of "Hart of Dixie" season 4 will be aired on March 20.
