'GTA V' Online Heists: Patch 1.04 hints Rockstar's next DLC may finally include Heists

Since "Grand Theft Auto V's" rollout for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles last Nov. 18, gamers have been expecting the appearance of the Heists DLC, gripping to the game developer's promise that they would release the DLC shortly after that. But the window Rockstar set slowly became vague for many.

On Dec. 2, the latest patch 1.04 was released. Many gamers thought that the 1.14 GB patch would include Heists for "GTA V Online," but to their dismay, it merely brought about a handful of upgrades in the game and nothing more. It was set to mend the connectivity issues and bugs that came along with the game and it did. Heists DLC was not something it boasted but players should not be discouraged. Patience is the key. It turns out that it takes more than scratching the surface to discover the pot of gold.

IB Times AU shared the ways user NillxModz from se7ensins came up to reveal codes that tipped-off the assurance of Heists coming gamers' way. As the first discovered bonus, an upcoming goody in the form of Christmas-themed DLC content was unearthed.

IB Times AU, citing iDigital Times, assures the imminent release of a Holiday DLC, which will have Los Santos blanketed with snow. It was also discovered that the Christmas spirit will be felt in the "GTA" world even more by making garbs like Christmas sweaters and maybe even Santa-themed costumes available to the characters. NillxModz explored far enough to stumble upon a code that suggests a Cops n' Crooks bonus being well underway. Lastly, there is a code that puts forward a DLC Content. IB Times AU believes that this pertains to Heists and nothing else. Gamers hope it does.

Meanwhile, Rockstar remains tight-lipped about it but players can hold on to the fact that the game developer will fulfill its promise soon. "GTA V" will hit PCs on Jan. 27 next year. But before that, the update 1.19 for "GTA V Online" is expected to come out. This only means that before the year ends, Heists may finally emerge.
