"Girl Meets World" season 2 is about to wrap up and from the looks of it, so does Maya and Riley's friendship. The next episode of the series is titled "Girl Meets Belief," where the latter convinces the former to at least believe in anything – something she did not know can jeopardize their bond.

"You need to believe in things," Riley tells her best friend. "Why won't you believe in anything?" she goes on to ask. Maya's facial expression immediately becomes sad and it appears that Riley does not get an answer, which does not stop her from bringing it up in different scenarios.

The "Girl Meets World" season 2 promo then cuts to an irate Maya telling Riley "How about I do what I do and you do what you do." The next second, Maya is already seen declaring that their friendship is now over, telling her BFF that she needs a break from her.

It remains to be seen if Maya will even give belief a try and why she won't engage in such. But it seems that the installment will have a lot of moments where Maya will just be avoiding a very confused Riley. What's sure though is that people close to them will at least help the duo sort things out.

"The two of you can't be apart. It shakes the foundation of the whole world," Farkle tells Maya. The synopsis for this "Girl Meets World" season 2 episode also teases that Riley's father Cory will also convince the group to "challenge" each other's beliefs so as to know if it can influence or change theirs.

And for those who are still hoping to get answers regarding the Riley-Lucas-Maya love triangle, it looks like they still won't get any in this week's promisingly emotional installment.

"Girl Meets World" season 2 episode 24 "Girl Meets Belief" airs Nov. 13 on Disney Channel.
