In the previous episode of "Doctor Who" season 9, Ashildre died and was brought back to life by the Time Lord. However, the newfound immortality changed the once sweet and lovable girl and as seen in the promo, the Doctor will almost fail to recognize her for her actions.

This week's installment is titled "The Woman Who Lived" and it looks as if Ashildre is no more. In stills and promo images for the upcoming episode, it appears that "Game of Thrones" star Maisie Williams will take on roles of two complete opposites.

The Viking girl now has two identities. In a corset, she calls herself Me. When she is behind a mask, she prefers to be called the Highwayman, who happens to be the Time Lord's adversary in the upcoming "Doctor Who" season 9 episode.

Highwayman aka The Nightmare, along with her sidekick, came across "loot that's not of this world" in the dark streets of London. Their discovery will pit them directly against the Doctor and Clara who sprung to England year 1651 upon realizing something alien has been compromised.

In this "Doctor Who" season 9, it will be revealed that the Highwayman is in cahoots with someone named Leandro, whose background remains blurry except for the fact that he can breathe fire and he is an alien as seen in the promo.

As horrible as all this sounds, there's more for the Time Lord to worry especially now that a "devilish betrayal" is at the brink of bringing Earth to ruins. It won't be an easy feat of course and the Time Lord must make sure that his every move is right or destruction will befall upon his precious universe.

"Doctor Who" season 9 episode 6 "The Woman Who Lived" airs Oct. 24 at 9 p.m. ET on BBC.
