"Dance Moms" has almost reached the conclusion of its fifth season. But before the show closes the curtains, tension will arise between Coach Abby and the dance moms in the finale episode.

Episode 8 is titled "Wild Wild West Coast Part 2," which is also the last episode of the season. This episode will pick up right where it left off in Part 1. The girls are still in Los Angeles to compete in the ALDC dance competition, but Coach Abby is juggling the important competition with an important audition for MattyB.

One of Abby's dancers is chosen for the lead role in MattyB's music video. While this should sound all good for her and the dancer, her skills as a manager are put to the test. According to spoilers, Abby tries to stop the video shoot from happening because she and MattyB's manager have a disagreement.

The dance moms are not happy with how Abby has been handling things. According to TV Fanatic, the moms are growing impatient with the dance coach because their daughters have not been given a lot of opportunities, that is, with the exception of her favorite dancer, Maddie Zeigler.

Episode 8 will not show Maddie, who is actually taking a break from the show to shoot a guest role in "Austin and Ally." Without the presence of Abby's favorite dancer, the dance moms have been hoping that more opportunities would be given to their kids. But still, they've been disappointed.

Before the season ends, Abby will announce that one dancer will not be returning to the team. Who could that be?

"Dance Moms" season 5 finale will air on Feb. 24 on Lifetime. There is still no news if the show will be renewed for another season.
