Shad 'Bow Wow' Moss and Erica Mena are getting ready for their wedding this June, or have they secretly joined union already? Apart from this rumor, Bow Wow spills the beans on why he is living with his mom.
At the age of 28, Bow Wow has been a very successful Hollywood celebrity. Bow Wow is not a mother's boy, but he doesn't see anything wrong with living with his mother.
In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Bow Wow shared that "It just makes sense," referring to his mother living in his home. Apaprently, Bow Wow lives in an 8-bedroom mansion in Atlanta where his fiancé Erica Mena lives and her mom Teresa Caldwell lives too.
"First of all the house is too big, but I want to make sure my mom is comfortable forever," he said.
There was no doubt in Bow Wow's mind that when he proposed to Mena, that they will be living in the Atlanta mansion. More so, he wouldn't have it any other way with his mom too. Bow Wow shared that he got the idea from Jermaine Dupree, who was in a similar situation when he moved to Altanta. So when Jermaine let his mom occupy the other part of the house, this is what Bow Wow wanted to do too.
"It's like I have a condo downstairs. I've had 100 people there and my mom has been asleep and has never heard the music, screaming, laughter, or drinking. I mean full blown house parties downstairs while she is in the bed asleep. So I'm staying right here," he shared.
He added, "There's times where I'll be down there for three days and we don't see each other so it's like I'm out of town even when I'm here. I don't have to get in the car and drive anywhere to see her. I just come up the stairs and say, 'What up, Mom.'"
Meanwhile, a rumor surfaced that Bow Wow and Mena have already tied the knot, since they are already living together, reports Celeb Dirty Laundry. This rumor is totally false. The wedding will happen in June and there's no way Mena would prefer having a secret or low-key wedding over a glamorous and talked about one.
