Boston Celtics NBA news 2015: Did Isaiah Thomas leak about LOVE?

A tweet from a high profile person, an NBA player in this case, will most likely spark rumors. In Isaiah Thomas case, it seems to be hitting two birds with one 'Tweet'.

Three days later, Thomas tweets this which seems to be hinting at Kevin Love.

The question in the minds of many right now is on whether the tweets were indicatiosn of things to come in Beantown. Did Thomas just respond with hidden intentions (recruiting to be exact).

It is no secret that the Celtics are interested in hooking up Aldridge but so are other teams. The only leverage right now is to perhaps get some help and Thomas could be doing just that.

Aside from the Celtics, the San Antonio Spurs are hot on the tails of Aldridge who said that he will look into free agency once the season is over. Could that sway the All-Star forward to check out Boston and see if the people there will really work harder than him?

Then there is another possibility. Recall that the Celtics are likewise interested in Kevin Love of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Though Love has already given indication that he would be staying in Ohio, could there be a secret negotiation under the table going on?

A third possibility is that Thomas is just playing and replying to tweets. Hinting could be possible but for folks who have been following the word around the NBA, these social media rants can mean anything and nothing.

Of the two, the Celtics may have a better chance gambling on Aldridge unless the Portland big man already has his sights set on a particular team.

Also, do consider the fact that both players are looking for an NBA title. Depending on how they build the team for the next NBA season, it doesn't seem that the Celtics will be immediate contenders for the NBA title despite making it miraculously to the NBA playoffs this season.
