Lives will turn upside-down come Thursday when the season 2 finale of NBC's "The Blacklist" airs. Raymond Reddington used to be FBI's Most Wanted, but now, the target is Elizabeth Keen's head. Not only that, Liz comes to terms with her past.

Episode 22 is titled "Masha Rostova" and the official synopsis goes:

Liz discovers she's being framed by the Cabal, prompting Red to tap into his connections to clear her name, in the Season 2 finale. Also: Cooper receives stunning news; and the task force is plagued by trust issues."

It was in the previous episode that Liz discovered she was being framed after trying to stop the assassination from happening. Now, Red wants Liz to run because she has just become the most wanted fugitive on the FBI's list.

But before Liz can go far away from the city, the promo shows that she comes face-to-face with the morally upright FBI Agent Ressler. Liz tells Ressler to decide if he is going to arrest her. If he is not, he should get out of her way.

Naturally, Red is expected to pull out all the stops to save Liz and clear her name. However, what may come after the episode is something Red doesn't expect. Liz says, "I remember everything," and Red's face looks very surprised and worried. Based on the sneak peek, Liz remembers every detail of the night her mother died in the fire and consequently, the part that Red played that night as well.

Meanwhile, Attorney General Tom Connolly has been blackmailing Agent Cooper for a while now. What is Cooper's secret? Will he risk exposing his secret to decide which people the FBI can trust or not?

It's going to be an intense and suspenseful season 2 finale on "The Blacklist." It airs Thursday night, May 14, on NBC.
