The previous chapter of "Attack on Titan" manga dropped some serious bombshells, but not all information is believed to be accurate.

Grisha's journals answered a lot of mysteries in the last couple of chapters. "Attack on Titan" chapter 87 speculations have it that the contents of his books are not completely correct.

In chapter 86, it was stated that the Elodians, considering themselves the subjects of Ymir, their ancestor who was the first to wield the Titan power, persecuted what they considered inferior tribes, including the Marleyans, 1700 years ago.

This is what Grisha's father told him when he wanted to make the people responsible for his sister's brutal death, who are Marleyans, pay for what they have done.

However, "Attack on Titan" chapter 87 speculations suggest that this is not exactly what happened and that the history written the journal may not be the truth.

It is speculated that this is a version of history that was falsified by the Marleyan government for their gain, although this remains unfounded.

"Attack on Titan" chapter 87 predictions also posit that the Ackermans, although they were within the walls, were actually Marleyans and not Elodians. This would explain why they were mistreated by the people between the walls and why hypnosis did not work on them while it worked on Elodian people.

If this is the case, "Attack on Titan" chapter 87 and beyond is expected to make sense of who Levi and his family really are and where they came from.

Although a lot of answers are revealed by Hajime Isayama, more questions also tend to arise from these revelations, but the future chapters of the hit manga series should provide more information.

"Attack on Titan" chapter 87 will be made available on Tuesday, Nov. 8. Until then, fans can kill time by re-reading the previous chapter to discover more clues, if there are any left.
