The twist in the upcoming episode of the hit DC Comics-inspired series "Arrow" titled "Nanda Parbat" will be so big that it will dictate the course of whatever is left in season 3. This bombshell involves Malcolm Merlyn, who is captured by League of Assassins boss Ra's al Ghul and brought to the titular hidden conurbation situated at the peak of Tibet. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim teased about the shocker during an interview with TV Line.

"It's one of those episodes where everything came together very nicely. It's got some wonderful character moments, some incredible action, and it's got a final twist that I think people will be talking about for a long time. Certainly a twist that sets the table for the remainder of the season," Guggenheim revealed weeks back.

Although there is not much to get from that in terms of particulars, Fashion & Style went all out by surmising the impending doom of The Dark Archer in the episode. Oliver, who will reluctantly try to save the rogue for Thea (who, by the way, believes that her father's dilemma serves him right for his nasty crimes), may arrive only to collect the remains of his enemy.

In the promo for the episode, the mogul is seen all black-and-blue as he lays unconscious and shackled in the murky hidey-hole of his vicious abductor, who strives to have the former operative of the League of Assassins taste death once more.

Elsewhere, Ray Palmer, who is itching to become the hero of the city, becomes "obsessed" in assembling his Atom suit. Felicity grows worried and starts to think that his plans are not healthy for him. Fearing he will end up like the hooded vigilante, Felicity immediately gets him out of his fixation and back to his senses.

Episode 15 of "Arrow" will be aired on Feb. 25.
