'Aquaman' movie rumors, release date: How will Aquaman's film go?

 Aquaman

With Jason Momoa taking on the role of Aquaman in the upcoming "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice" film, hearing about a solo film featuring the King of Atlantis seemed to be only normal. DC Comics and Warner Bros. did just that by announcing an Aquaman movie that is set to be shown in 2018.

With the film far off, no official plot or story has been revealed thus far. With most of the attention geared on the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" film, such is to be expected and to of course keep the fans in suspense.

There could be a lot of plots about the Aquaman movie but it may be wise to pick off from his role in the coming DC hit movie. The only thing that fans can expect for now that based on Zach Snyder's release of his rendition of Aquaman, Momoa will be portraying a pretty bad-ass and hunk role.

Could DC and Warner be doing their own set of origins for the Justice League as well? It wouldn't be surprising since a flashback on how they came to be is only to be expected.

And if that should be the case, could it be possible that Aquaman would follow the same route as that of the 2015 cartoon version "Justice League: the Throne of Atlantis?"

The real beginnings of Aquaman is as broad as they come, except for the comic stories of course. There was no clear depiction on the true beginning of Aquaman who in the 2015 animation takes on the role of Arthur Curry who is a half-Atlantean prince.

Curry discovers that his half-Atlantean and becomes an ally to the Justice League to prevent a siege led by half-brother known as the Ocean Master. Aquaman of course claims the thrown in the end after getting plenty of help from Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, the Flash, Cyborg, Shazam and Wonder Woman.

If we put it all together, aren't these the same guys said to be in the real-life Justice League flick? Aren't Flash, Cyborg, Shazam, and Wonder Woman set to get their own solo films as well?

Without any official plot (just yet), it could be wise to take this one into consideration, in the same way that Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad have mostly adapted with the real-life movie renditions.
