Amiibo release news: Toys 'R' Us exclusive Villager amiibo

In a matter of weeks, collectors and gamers can at last rush to Toys R Us to grab a couple of exclusive amiibo offerings.

Just recently, the company announced via Twitter that the sought-after Villager figurine, which doesn't last an hour in stores due to great demand, will be made available. A mystery amiibo, believed to be Mega Yarn Yoshi, is also set for an exclusive release in the retailer.

The Villager amiibo will be out and about on Nov. 8 in the stores and the company announced it with a photo of their exclusives huddled together. The coveted toy stood on the right of the Mii 3 pack amiibo, which will also be available for purchase solely from Toys 'R' Us as early as Nov. 1.

In the same photo is a silhouette of another amiibo next to Villager. It clearly looks like Mega Yarn Yoshi but Toys 'R' Us did not confirm that it is the unique and large toy. All the same, gaming media portals are convinced that it is indeed Mega Yarn Yoshi.

The retailer should provide details about it in the coming weeks. In fact, excited amiibo fanatics should get confirmation as early as today, if not tomorrow, Oct. 15, considering its pattern of revealing its first two exclusives. Attack of the Fanboy says that Toys 'R' Us will put Mega Yarn Yoshi for sale on Nov. 15.

Meanwhile, as Nintendo promised, it will be restocking cult-favorite amiibo going forward so as to cater to the thousands of fans raring to adorn their shelves with every one of the gaming giant's figurine releases.

Sticking by its word, it recently, it announced the refreshed availability of amiibo Little Mac, Greninja, Shulk, Lucario, Fox and Captain Falcon. There aren't solid details as to when these toys hit the shelves though but there ought to be in the weeks to come.
