'American Horror Story: Freak Show': Viewers to meet newest 'freak' Ima in 'Blood Bath'

 FX

Another "freak" has reached the terror terrain of Jupiter, Florida's carnival. In the eighth episode of the FX thriller series "American Horror Story: Freak Show" titled "Blood Bath," a new persona in the form of Ima will be brought in to the freaky ensemble subsequent to the dismaying and pitiful death of well-loved character Ma Petite (Jyoti Amge) in the hands of the show's strongman, Dell (Michael Chiklis).

Ima will be played by Chrissy Metz. As shown in the promotional photos for the upcoming episode, Ima is a chubby woman. In one of the photos, she is seen with a huge amount of food she would likely finish as she helps herself to the breads, casseroles, meats, sandwiches and cupcakes set before her, reports IB Times. Another photo suggests that freak show manager Elsa (Jessica Lange) herself prepared the food for the lady, and even makes sure that Ima would not stain her white dress by wrapping a napkin around her.

IB Times also broached about an episode that looks to be the major unveiling of Ima. An episode title "The Fat Lady Sings" to be aired on Dec. 10 will surely contain heaps of details about the show's fresh face.

In the upcoming episode though, its title "Blood Bath" suggests what just might happen. With Dandy's (Finn Wittrock) killing urges growing insatiable, along with his mother's (Gloria played by Francis Conroy) effort to quench them, murder is nothing but commonplace in the camp. In addition to the bedlams, Elsa lies and her attempt to wash her hands of the disappearance of Bette and Dot (Sarah Paulson) is at the dawn of exposure, should Ethel (Kathy Bates) decide to divulge them all.

"American Horror Story: Freak Show" episode 8 will be aired on Dec. 3.
