'Young And The Restless' spoilers: Sage's confession to Adam, Nick and Sharon's legal battle turns ugly

"The Young and The Restless" is going full throttle and it is leaving no pages unturned. There are so many things going down this week. Not watching can definitely make anyone lose track of what's happening. For a quick peek, here are the spoilers for the Jan. 5 to 9 episodes:

Sage, Gabriel and Adam

The week will start with Sage telling Adam the truth, reports Soap Central. Sage tells Adam that the reason why she and Gabriel got married was to inherit Constance's estate, since this was Constance's condition. Further, Sage tells Adam about the other details in their marriage and how Gabriel died.

Nick and Sharon

The legal battle between Nick and Sharon gets uglier. This week, Nick meets with Sharon's lawyer David Sherman and the meeting has a bad turnout. Apparently, David blames Nick for the growing tension between Nick and Sharon, and even Sharon doesn't approve of David's approach.

Nick feels like he was set up and he blames Sharon for it. As a result, Nick schedules a meet up with Sage. When Sharon learns about this, some jealousy sparks in her and she gets very mad. She even plans on divulging such information to the judge — that Nick is more interested in dating someone than talking about Faith.

Phyllis, Jack and Kelly

Phyllis is continuing with her plan and that is to destroy Kelly in Jack's eyes. This time, she uses Jack's phone to send a message to Kelly and says that "he" would like to meet her. Kelly follows the plan, but instead, she sees Phyllis there. Immediately, the two get into a heated argument when Jack walks in and witnesses what is happening.

Other spoilers

Also happening this week, Joe tries to convince Avery to take him back when they see each other at the Athletic Club. Ashley and Stitch continue working on a project. Michael's condition gets worse and Lauren struggles with it. Lauren wants Michael to get treatment.

Moreover, Gwen seduces Devon, Nikki confronts her husband, and Nick approaches Gabriel/Adam for help. According to We Love Soaps, Sharon also finds an ally.

"The Young and The Restless" airs every weekday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
