Following World Wrestling Entertainment's Royal Rumble event that took place just last weekend, speculations circulate on what to expect at the upcoming WrestleMania 34 in April. The biggest one from the rumor mill is that fans may finally see the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey, square off with Charlotte Flair for WrestleMania. Additionally, Bobby Lashley might return to the WWE once again.

Rumors suggest that the WWE plans for Ronda Rousey to have a shot at the SmackDown Women's title against Charlotte Flair. If such turns out to be true, then WrestleMania 34 would mark her debut in the sport of wrestling. Not only that, she would also face one of the most esteemed women wrestlers, which is a huge opportunity for the former UFC champion. However, it is important to note that these are simply just rumors at this point.

Another speculation is that Rousey could make a surprise appearance to interrupt the scheduled match of Asuka versus Bliss, wherein they will be competing head-to-head for the Raw Women's title. Although this would be interesting, other reports contradict this possibility.

One popular speculation is that Rousey could actually be part of a tag team match with The Rock and face Triple H and Stephanie McMahon — something that wrestling fans have been wanting to see since 2015. However, the likelihood of such a tag team may prove to be not feasible, especially given The Rock's superstar status. It is safe to assume that he may be too busy to commit to such a big event, but at this point, fans can only hope to see the dream match take place at WrestleMania 34.

On the other hand, Bobby Lashley has been rumored to make a surprise return to the WWE. Reports indicate that Lashley is intent on signing with the WWE as soon as he possibly can.

WrestleMania 34 is set to take place on April 8, 2018.
