Watch the 2013 National Dog Show live stream online (NBC TV schedule)

Just after the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the 2013 National Dog Show presented by Purina will be kicking off on NBC.

The 12<sup>th annual dog show will be held at 12pm on Nov. 28, 2013.

The event will feature over 2,000 dogs competing to become the "Best In Show" and will be hosted by J. Peterman.

Three new dog breeds have been added to the competition this year – The Chinook, the Portuguese Podengo Pequeno and the Rat Terrier.

The owner of the winner of the "Best In Show" honorary title will receive a $20,000 prize.

Last year, the Wire Fox Terrier won the title of "Best In Show."

The competition is not held live, and was actually held on Nov. 16, 2013. A live stream of the dog show can be found on NBC Sports' Live Extra service.

The show will be replayed at 8pm ET on Nov. 30, 2013.
