Victoria's Secret 2017 Fashion Show: What and what not to expect?

It has been almost two decades since the first Victoria's Secret fashion show was held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City, and through the years, the annual fashion show has evolved into a magical demonstration of "Angels" on earth, awaited by the world as these winged-goddesses strut their stuff through the runway — it's that time of year again.

After a Parisian setting last year, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is bound to happen in Shanghai, China and will be televised worldwide by CBS on Nov. 28 at 10 p.m. EDT.

Being a Victoria's Secret model is a serious job. It takes so much dedication and perseverance for old Angels and wannabes alike. So, making it on the official lineup is heaven sent for these talents, and this year, these are some names the world needs to watch out for at the upcoming annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Fourteen "Angels" have already confirmed their attendance at this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, including Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge and Taylor Hill.

Regulars Karlie Kloss as well as sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid are also much awaited to return to the famous runway. Their proud mother Yolanda Hadid has even revealed how her model daughters prepared for the fashion show during an interview with Australia's Today Extra, saying that being a Victoria Secret Angel is a lot of hard work, and that her daughters are on a strict diet and have required themselves to work out every day. Newcomers are also to be seen in this year's fashion show, Estelle Chan, Victoria Lee, and Gizele Oliveira to name a few.

Unfortunately, for Kendall Jenner's fans, the model is not walking on this year's catwalk because, apparently, after two years of being an angel, the young Jenner exchanged her wings for a multi-million dollar contract with another lingerie company, La Perla.

Ex-lovers Taylor Swift and Harry Styles are two names that Victoria's Secret is looking at to perform on the show this year.
