Apple recently rolled out iOS 8.1.3 after weeks of beta tests and scrutiny under the mercy of developers. The release notes state that the update brings major bug fixes as well as increased stability and performance enhancements. Cannot revert back to iOS 8.1.2 – Since there is no jailbreak for iOS 8.1.3 yet, users' only option is to switch back to iOS 8.1.2 if they want to jailbreak their device. However, Apple is preventing users from reverting to the previous version of the operating system as it has blocked signing the iOS 8.1.2 version that allows users to easily jailbreak their device.
