'Young And The Restless' spoilers: Jack suspects Phyllis, Adam and Chelsea get closer, Victor's plan to take down Jack's business

"The Young and The Restless" is definitely not taking any time to rest this week with suspicions and evil plans left and right. In the city that never sleeps, this description still holds true for fan-favorite Genoa residents. Here's a look at what's going down this week:

Victor and Victoria

This pair seems like they'll hit it off. According to Soap Central, Victoria makes a business proposal for Victor. This is something he definitely considers, seeing that it could make him richer. Also, he is planning to take down Jack's business.

Jack and Phyllis

Jack is starting to suspect Phyllis' actions. He thinks that Phyllis actually set up Kelly during the incident at the Athletic Club. Trying to think of why Phyllis would do such a thing, he approaches Victor and says that it might be a side effect from her medications.

Victor disagrees with Jack. Moreover, he even accuses Jack of making Phyllis' condition worse.

Adam and Chelsea

Adam and Chelsea are getting closer and his plan is going well. He has been impressing her as she believes he is really Gabriel. His attempt at extracting information from her is becoming a success.

Chelsea is definitely interested in Adam and, according to the spoilers, she feels connected with him to the point that she actually shares her marriage problems with him. On the other hand, Billy is not very happy that Gabriel and Chelsea are spending time together.

Other Spoilers

Last week, Devon was seen confiding in another girl. But this was just a front since he and Hillary are still secretly seeing each other. They meet up secretly to avoid getting caught.

Further, according to We Love Soaps, Fen becomes a problem for Summer and Austin, while Lily and Cane get closer. As for Michael, he starts making a decision on Lauren's future without him.

"The Young and The Restless" airs every weekday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
