"The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2" has been confirmed for a global release.

NiS America has announced that the role-playing video game first released for PlayStation 4 in Japan in February 2017 is making its way to the West. The second installment to "The Witch and the Hundred Knight" will arrive in North America on March 27 and a few days later on March 30 in Europe.

The new action-packed gameplay trailer encourages players to "never give up," sharpen their reflexes, find their inner strength, and give it their all for the upcoming fights.

The story follows the Hundred Knight, a "pint sized powerhouse" whose mission is to stop an uprising of powerful witches, who were born from reawakened, kidnapped girls.

The Hundred Knight journeys into a "witch-ravaged world," where young girls are, after contracting a strange illness, re-awaken as witches and cause mayhem across Kevala.

Hundred Knight is not alone in its journey, however. It is joined by two sisters. Amalie is an agent of organization who is against all witches. Chelka, is the witch who awakened on her younger sister, Milm.

The player's role as Hundred Knight is to protect both of them from any harm as they all uncover the mysteries of Kevala.

The trio should also look for legendary power by delving into dungeons and various creepy landscapes teeming with enemies.

Success lies a lot on teamwork between the three, who can grow stronger and get combat advantage with help from Tochkas and Facets. Using a unique weapon system, they can perform chain attacks together and can even change tactics in mid combat. Performing special moves will grant players with health and extra EXP. The players can also craft their own weapons to aid them with battle.

"The fate of Kevala is in your hands, brave knight," finishes the synopsis for the upcoming game.

A Limited Edition of "The Witch and the Hundred Knight" is available for pre-order now.
