The American television singing competition "The Voice" has already crowned its winner in Chloe Kohanski -- a 23-year-old from Nashville, Tennessee, and a member of Team Blake. As the rightful winner of the illustrious competition, Kohanski received the coveted cash price of $100,000, as well as a recording deal with Universal. This news is definitely one for the books, especially since Kohanski is a fan favorite for season 13.

According to reports, Kohanski looked stunned as she was announced to be the winner for season 13 of "The Voice." Although she definitely deserved to win the competition, she was still competing with some formidable contestants such as Addison Agen from Team Adam, and Brooke Simpson from Team Miley, as well as her teammate, Red Marlow.

This makes Blake Shelton a winner of six total championships as a coach for the show -- which is also the record for most championships by any coach for "The Voice" thus far. Audiences were granted special performances from esteemed guests for the season finale, with appearances from Bastille, Jessie J., Norah Jones, and Sia. For one of Kohanski's performances, she graced the stage along with Billy Idol, who is one of her personal inspirations.

Kohanski stated in the press conference following the competition that she certainly did not expect to take home the grand prize. Kohanski felt that until the announcement was officially made, she was not confident that she would definitely win. Fans, however, primarily favored Kohanski for her renditions of 80's and 90's rock classics that greatly emphasize her vocal range. At the same time, her personal style shines through her song choices.

Despite the tense atmosphere of the competition, it did not hinder the coaches from having their own fun. Rolling Stone stated that Shelton and Miley Cyrus had a "country-off," wherein Cyrus ended up being the winner of the affair.
