"The View" co-hosts Candace Cameron Bure and Raven Symoné have gotten into an argument once again after they shared conflicting views about religion.

The ladies of the talk show discussed the playing of "God Bless America" during baseball games after reports came out alleging that many people nowadays believe it's inappropriate to play that hymn during games.

Bure, a proud Christian, does not see the point of complaining against the song. "Why do you all have to take God out of everything? You know a little tradition, a little patriotism and God blessing America is a pretty good thing, especially in times that we're having right now," she said. "It's a good reminder."

However, Symoné does not agree, saying, "Patriotism doesn't mean that you have to put religion on it. That means I can still celebrate my country without celebrating a type of religion that I'm not a part of."

Bure then said there is nothing offensive about singing "God Bless America," even to people who don't believe in God. "If you don't even believe in God and think it's a fairytale, why does it offend you? Go get your peanuts and your cracker jacks while they're singing the song."

Symoné argued that they non-Christians are excluded every time the hymn is played. "You're not including the millions of other religions living in America, and I think it's very unfair that we have to leave to go get peanuts, when it's a sports game," she said.

But Bure countered by saying there are tons of posters and other materials that she sees everyday that offend her, and yet she does not demand to have these things removed because people should exercise tolerance of other people's beliefs.
