'Real Housewives of Atlanta' season 7 spoilers: Kenya Moore believes therapy was a great idea, 'Millionaire Matchmaker' Patti Stanger helps with issues

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" has been running a feisty season. The housewives have been at each other's throats in season 7, and it appears like no one is backing down. In the past episodes, NeNe Leakes suggested that the ladies join a therapy session so they can fix their friendships before everything makes a turn for the worse. 

After two episodes and plenty of turmoil in the therapy sessions with Dr. Jeff, it looks like the ladies are finally finding peace. Kenya Moore admits that the therapy has helped the girls a lot and that progress has been made. 

"I definitely feel some progress was made. Change doesn't occur overnight, but I believe if you are willing to listen, that leads to an understanding. From there, you can only try if your desire is to move forward," Kenya told BravoTV

In the last episode, Dr. Jeff suggested that the girls go on a trip to Manila, one that Kenya is certainly looking forward to.

"I'm always excited to travel," she said.

This sponsored trip aims to take the women to a new place where they can just relax and bond with each other. But could this trip do wonders between Kenya and Porsha Williams? Kenya doubts it.

She said, "She [Porsha] has never once apologized to me for physically attacking me or any other verbal offense over the years, and that shows me she is simply incapable of moving forward. I did months ago, and my life changed for the better." 

Kenya also appeared on "Millionaire Matchmaker" and shared that her experience helped open her eyes on her issues with men. She sends her thanks and love to Patti Stanger's way and said that "I had to look at why I can't commit to the men who want to marry me." Kenya also mentioned that Patti was very helpful and came from a place of love. 

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" will air episode 19 this Sunday, March 29, at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
