The Strix continues to wreak havoc in New Orleans come the new episode of "The Originals" season 3 titled "Beautiful Mistake." Elijah and Klaus have separate undertakings to take care of, both in a bid to cater to the endeavor of eliminating the big threat in front of them, which is no easy feat.
Aurora's return may have come as a surprise to Klaus but he finds use in it by trying to get answers out of her regarding her plans and who she really is devoted to. Ever since her reappearance, she has been professing loyalty to her former lover but Klaus isn't one to believe that.
Spending time with Aurora certainly wouldn't be a walk in the park for Klaus, if "The Originals" executive producer Michael Narducci calling her "the ex-girlfriend from hell" in a TV Line interview is any indication. However, it is this nature, Narducci said, that makes her "perfect for Klaus."
Meanwhile, Elijah, who himself has skeletons in his closet as Narducci teased, will be busy with keeping Rebekah safe. Together with Freya, he will make sure that The Strix won't be able to get their bloody hands on the youngest Original.
Fans have been waiting for Rebekah to show up once more in "The Originals" season 3. Unfortunately, it remains unclear which of actresses Claire Holt and Maisie Richardson-Sellers, who played the character in the series, will portray the role. Narducci only implored fans to wait and see.
As the Mikaelsons deal with the menacing group, Elijah and Klaus still find time to brawl. In the promo for the upcoming "The Originals" season 3 episode, Klaus is seen all bloody and the place a complete mess after having "a little chat" with Elijah.
While the two are busy with another one of their brutal discussions, Hayley and Marcel stumble upon a "startling discovery" shortly after a stand-off against a member of The Strix. Lucien, meanwhile, puts Cami in a tight spot and Detective Kinney holding on for dear life.
"The Originals" season 3 episode 6 "Beautiful Mistake" airs Nov. 12 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
